How Did We Pick Our Tennis Predictions?

Tennis is a really popular sport. It might not be as universal as Football in Ghana, but it is still in the top five sports. So, picking the tennis predictions is really important.

We choose our Tennis betting predictions based on a number of factors and calculations.

As you know, Tennis is either played as singles or doubles. That means either one player or two players on each side. The scoring rules for Tennis are a little complicated, so we will explain them in brief as a refresher.

Each player gets 1 point for winning a serve. They need to get two points over the opponent in order to win the game. Six games make up a Set, and to win the set players must similarly get a 2-win advantage over the opponent.

Finally, a match consists of 3 or 5 sets. Whoever wins more sets wins the match.

What Information Is Used to Choose Tennis Predictions?

First are the players. We consider the statistics and the history of each player. If the players in a match have gone head-to-head recently, that is even better. We can use those results to make a strong prediction.

Additionally, we take into consideration the weather and environmental conditions that either player are accustomed to. Different players are used to different playing surfaces, so in many games, one side will be at a disadvantage. Any recent injuries, practice hours, and other relevant factors also contribute a small part.

We also keep an eye on small nuances that most players might miss. For instance, the serve and return is a small but crucial nuance. Some players are better at it than others, which gives them a small but perceptible advantage that many punters don’t understand.

After taking all of these factors into account, we generate tennis predictions. We only approve predictions with the highest level of expertise.

What Is the Best Way to Bet on Tennis?

Now for the part you have been waiting for – tennis betting tips. It is quite difficult to make tennis predictions 1×2, so we have outlined some tennis betting tips for you.

If you make use of these tips, you will be in a much better position. These won’t guarantee you a win, but they will make it much easier and more likely.

As mentioned before, we study the statistics in order to make our predictions. If you look at the match results and details for the last few years, some patterns will emerge.

They might reveal that one player consistently underperforms on grass courts against aggressive players.

Another might be an amazing player on clay as long as they play against Serve-and-Volley or Counterpuncher players. They might be weaker against other types of players.

Knowing these statistics will inform you about who to wager on and who to avoid.

There are four different types of tennis play styles: aggressive baseline, counter-puncher, all-court player, and serve-and-volley player. Each style requires a unique counter.

It’s not quite rock-paper-scissors, but the play style can impact a match a lot. Understanding these will let you determine who is the favourite and whether the underdog has any chance at all.

Combine an understanding of playing styles with statistics to make the best tennis prediction. The best bookmakers do it all the time. If you can do it as a player, you have a chance of beating the odds and walking away with a win.

There are many different online casinos and sportsbooks for Ghana players. Most of them will offer similar odds. However, we recommend splitting your gameplay between different sportsbooks.

Always sign up for the best bookmaker and take advantage of bonuses. More bonuses and extra rewards mean more fun! Spread them around and make lots of small bets rather than going all-in. We have a list of potential sportsbooks at the bottom.

Like any other sport, tennis puts a lot of stress on the body. Some players have been injured and forced to take a break.

When they come back into the game after such a break, they won’t be at peak condition immediately. Therefore, don’t just look at the match statistics. Try to keep up with news about the players. Consider any kind of injury and account for it in your predictions.

Alongside injuries, consider motivation. A player who is undergoing personal troubles might not perform exactly as well, due to stress and motivation. A player who is incentivized to win a title could perform even better than expected.

The last of the tennis betting tips we have is to not fall for the type. Every season and in every tournament, there will be a player who is extremely hyped. It might be because they are beloved by fans. Or it might be because they are on a winning streak.

In any case, if you see a lot of hype for a player, don’t jump on the train. Study them just like you would study any other player. Often, a lot of hype turns out to be empty and a lot of people waste their money. Some players become very hyped on a fluke.

To avoid that happening, treat that player impartially.

How Do Odds Work in Tennis?

In tennis, odds are calculated as the probability of an event occurring. For example, suppose the experts believe that in a match between two players, the first player is better.

They will win two out of three times. So, their probability of winning is 66%.

In this case, the odds would be set at something like this:

Tennis predictions 1×2: 1.33 | 1.66.

So, if you wager GHS 10 on the first player, their odds are 1.33. If they win, you will get back GHS 13.3. This is a profit of 33%.

On the other hand, the second player is half as likely to win. Their odds are 1.66. If you wagered on them instead and won, you would get GHS 16.6 back, making double the profit.

This is the simplest example of odds. In reality, the odds are not as clearly defined. There are a lot of factors that contribute to the odds, including the odds for a draw, side bets, and house edge.
